This is the problem that every forum has its own protocol.
My CZ life started off with Andreas Moritz cleansing, right food and no supplements. It worked for 2 years then I needed different food for my body and found help in some supplements. Did Barefoot too, did not work for me, too much fruit though I love it.
In principal you can attack almost any forum since it does not work for everybody. I keep trying to tell people to do searches on All Forums to see what will work for your own body.
I would suggest to everybody liver flushing, colon and kidney cleansing and then start adding.
May be as far as salt goes people should do the homeopathic
salt test first.
