Hey! I usually have the same effects with kelp. Overracing mind and inability to focus. Very very unconfortable. Your comment made me laugh because I tried 3 kelp products and all 3 end up the same way after a few doses : foot on the trahbin pedal, metallic noise, kelp bottle to it, release pedal, metallic noise, bye bye kelp.

I had similar effects with other(not all) seaweeds.

Sometimes I wonder if it was just a detox/adaptation period but I don't like hm's anyway so...
