You know I really didn't measure all that well. It was all an accident really. I would rub a couple of drops of thieves oil mixed with a tiny bit of coconut oil under my ears thinking I was getting a sore throat. Think most people use the oils three times a day
was drinking one to two cups of ginger tea a day and one cup of camomile tea at night. I as eating a ton of coconut oil mat 4 tablespoons a day. I stopped eating sugar. eliminated and gluten. Once your thyroids going you can cut back to probably one day of applying the oil.
