the very best thing to do is start with 100mg of Lugols per day. the detox gets pushed out with way fewer adverse reactions and salt should take care of them.

i would use the kelp if youre satisfied its clean. the stuff in kelp may help to utilize iodine. i wouldnt do kelp long term. the oceans are toast.
