I've heard one should NEVER take pysyllium or flax seeds whole. If you look at the seed it has very sharp points to it which will cut your intestines. It's what I heard, don't know if it's FACTUAL.

I am concerned that you're not having a BM. Are you having cramps? Like you're blocked? I don't know, YOU know your body. Part of doing this fast is to realign the body-mind. IMO. How much lemonade are you drinking a day? Are you drinking any water as well? Are you having any other detox symptoms? Maybe You may just be so clean that nothing WILL come out? You must use non-iodized Sea Salt . 2tsp rounded to one liter water. That may be why it's not working? other than that I don't know. I'm no expert either. Good luck. Keep us posted.
