Try using "Gum of turpentine" there is a lot of stuff on the internet about it, I was scared of it, but after reading it I trust these people more than the medics, so i took a 1/4 teaspoon with 1 tsp of castor oil, and I was AMAZED how clear my nostril was, no sinus issues, and my energy levels was through the roof, I have tried so many things for energy levels and nothing worked, but this did. I want to take more but I am waiting for the Gum of Turpentine I ordered from Georgia, as this batch I got from a friend, I prefer to get it from a company.
