Great; thanks for the quick response. Also, I know coconut oil is okay, but is coconut butter also fine?

Lastly, I've been working on slowly increasing my dose of SF722, and had really bad die-off for the first week of being on just a few capsules a day. I got over the die-off and have slowly worked my way up to 5 caps, three times/day. Yesterday I woke up with really bad flu-like symptoms again and couldn't even leave the house. Is it common (or possible) to have die-off twice? If so, can I take two hot baths a day for a total of 1 hour for some extra detoxification? Thanks!
