Hi Dr. McCombs,

I'm on the first week of the Candida Plan and am wondering if apple cider vinegar is okay? I realize the plan says no vinegar for the first 7 weeks, but I wasn't sure if apple cider vinegar would be an exception, as I've heard it has anti-candida properties. Thanks!
