Yes thank you White Shark. The last thing I want to do is take tablets. Constipation is a side effect of iron tablets. That alone scares me away.

I am also already taking lots of supplements for the Iodine protocol.

I have cut out gluten and am taking molasses often. I will look into them sources of iron.

I don't think 11.4 is a big deal anyway as I never had them serious symptoms.
