Has your ND been checking up on your gut? Your symptoms clearly sugest that. Kefir and colostrum are not the answer for all gut issues. Different gut issues different treatment.
Many times gut issues are the starter to AF along with high stressors.
Q: why are you taking the shakes? What do you expect hope from taking them?
