Are you on NB now? I also can tell my kidneys do not function well, lately I have been having breathing trouble and very bubbly urine after eating protein. I am also chronically dehydrated. I havent been on a full NB program yet, but from all the info ive read about health in the past 5 years, it seems the most legit. I just cannot afford it currently.

I did take kidney glandulars for a very short time, I geuss I could should start again, but those may take a long time to notice any difference. Dr Lawrence Wilson recommends it. Besides that and regular cleansing, I am unsure what is really good to use except vitamin C , but its not recommended in high doses it will deplete your minerals.
