You are right.
I am beginning menopause, I believe that might play a role or the biggest role. It did not dawn on me until I saw Dr. Heard. I also have very dry and rashy skin that I thought was related to my other symptoms but may be hormones.
I have cut out all fruits, fruit juice and grains and have gone paleo for 2 days and already have seen an improvement. The gas was the worst part because it was so painful. Will the change in hormones affect my thyroid function enough to cause these symptoms aswell?
