Isn't borax grainy? Won't it scratch up the whole area? Right now with fungal infection, my skin is EXTREMELY flaky with red bumps. If I wash it with borax, it would have to be dissolved in water, but isn't water on my skin the thing I HAVE to avoid because the fungus loves water?
