How would you add Curcumin to the enema? Would you use the extract powder?
I stopped drinking the capsules since curcumin is not absorbed well in the body (adding b pepper helps), so I make a Tincture using really strong alcohol because it extracts more nutrients from the turmeric root.

Would you recommend adding some of that tincture to the enema? Thanks.
