I'm embarking on a distilled water fast, too. I watch and listen to testimonials of fasters, medical doctors,gurus,etc. On YouTube.Especially, True North Health Center on YT?. I'm in the prefast phase. Also gathering up inspirational quotes to help me with this experience. No support at home or with friends. I am 46 and in poor health brought on by poor choices I made. Fasting is my tool to help me get healthy again. I hope this helps. I'm worried about the refreshing or breaking the fast. Starting it, better to eat organic greens.
