interesting information!

bee propolis help me at the beginning but i notice that i had to reduce it because it kinda stoped working but it does work a bit. It does help the immune system with a little boost. I also notice it helps me with coughs.

ty for the royal advice and i wish you well in this journey! We struggle and learn.
