That's right. If you drink it too fast it can make you nauseaus. I've read others drink it all in about 15-20 minutes. You might want to try drinking a small glass of water about 30 mins before you drink the flush. That will rehydrate your cells from the previous night. Are you drinking any lemonade with/around the time of SWF? That would make you vomit. Otherwise, the point of the swf is just to keep things moving through you. I do either the tea or swf, but haven't done either today as I'm too weak. Drinking alot of water during the day also helps keep you moving. Hope that helped.
