i feel 100% better now and can take the ala twice a day - 12 hours apart without the bad headache. but that was a scary couple days because i just did what the bottle told me to do (1 - 200mg capsule 3 times a day) and when i looked it up on cz, i found that people used ala to chelate.
the nurse said that it was probably a low blood Sugar reaction and that's the most common reaction... should i ask for actual amounts or to see the test results?
i've only ever needed 2 filling in my whole life, but when i had them replaced 10 years ago (strictly for cosmetic reasons, i had no idea about mercury in fillings back then) i'm almost positive the dentist that did them wasn't any kind of specialty dentist.
