Idk if u still look at this thread or not but I had the same problem as u. I would get really hot and a foul smell would appear. I was unhealthy lot at the time and had to go to the doctor often for various reasons one was for an infection. I started to lose weight but it didn't help. It went away when I stopped drinking soda and eating processed foods and relaxed more as well. Now I work many random hours no time to cook or exercise and I believe I have an infection again and the odor is back. So if ur like me I believe its a minor infection in ur kidney that's a pain in the #$@ to get rid off.
