I am day 5 and the swf caused me to vomit this morning for the second time. I am following the guidlines set out in the book very closely. I drink lax tea at night, do swf when I wake up, wait 2 hours and begin with my first of six lemonades. on day 2 I swf-ed and drank my lemonade 30 minutes later and threw up. I figured that was because the salt water was still in my upper tract and stomach and it reacted. But today I did the flush and vomitted about 40 minutes after and had an extremely upset stomach untill I threw up. I am considering just lax tea at night and lax tea in the morning for a few days. I really want to flush though. I understand the importance of it.
Any one have some advice
