Can anyone explain the super heightened sense of awareness that some people get when supplementing with iodine? I guess some people feel like they get an energy burst, but I don't find it energizing... but more like heightened senses and clarity... like Bella Swan when she turned into a vampire in the last Twilight movie.
Or does it just seem that way because most people are used to going through life in a fog because of jobs, kids, stress etc. and not paying much attention to diets or supplements?
