Just take it easy until you get to see Dr. Flechas, the time between now and then will pass quickly. Avoid listening to non-doctor's advice. If I were in your shoes, I'd just go back to normal lifestyle, eating good foods and avoiding processed foods, fluoride and seed oils. Maybe supplement a little Iodine once in a while. Dr. Flechas will fix you up, if he can't, nobody can.

People on the internet sometimes suffer from illusions of grandeur, merely because they perceive benefits on themselves for iodine, and they mistakenly belive that what applies to them can be extended to everyone. Excuse them, is what I do, to a point. :)
