Is there a specific reason why the Liver Flush is generally performed right before bed and not during the day?

Isn't the body shutting down by the time 10pm rolls around and has anyone with experience of flushes tried to change the time, say by doing it at 10am or midday after fasting throughout the night?

One of the worst thing I personally find about the flush is the disturbed sleep. Whenever I've done double dose flushes(taking a 2nd dose of olive oil in the morning) I've never experienced any problems during that day.
