I agree with you the hardest thing is to find out what YOUR body needs. I learned a lot from the metabolic typing forum here. Of course not everybody will have the same reaction. It seems every 2 years or so I have to make slight adjustments. My feeling is that people stay too long with 1 forum instead of trying other protocols. I once wrote it down and I have tried about 15 different forums here and some worked and some did not. It would be nice if there was a test that said this is what your body needs.
This was my 1st forum and it changed my life.
