You are very welcome. Just to let you know the brain training was really hard for me at first. You really have to stick with it because the brain needs that constant change of state. Some people have tried Gupta but after comapring the programs the DNRS (Annie Hooper) program is more strict. That is why it's more successful and you see Gupta people doing DNRS.
