It's when I started to add SSKI , did I see improvement in my hyperthyroid. The elemental in Lugols helped with the other glands down yonder.

If I was strictly trying to improve thyroid health, I would go with mostly SSKI , and add in some elemental/Lugols (~50mg). This is what worked for me.

I reached 6 grams a day for a bit just to play around. I just went by how I felt.
