oh this is so informational ... thank you all so much. how do i get this KI and how much should I be taking?

and yes Grizz ... CA wine from what I have researched is fluoridated to the hilt...

I do enjoy wine and search for Washington State, Oregon, Italian wines .. just my preference from my research. I've noticed Chardonnay does not do well with me at all. I can tell it affects my thyroid and my whole body for that matter. I can't explain, but it does weird things like night sweats, heart palpitations ... not pleasant experience at all. There is something in it that I am extremely sensitive to...

But again, thanks for the SSKI info ... I am super excited to add this to my list of healthy "goodies" I take every morning.
