That sounds scary if your thyroid is permanently damaged, but is that really true? That would be like saying someone who is obese can never be skinny again ... Am I wrong? I'm a believer that all things can turn around in time.

I suspect you've had this problem for awhile, it still may take some time for this to shrink down. The fact that you are losing weight is a great sign to me, I am no doctor, but the experiences I've had ... this would be a great indicator something is working.

You've actually encouraged me. I think I will start taking L-tyrosine to see what happens. I say keep your head up and stay positive, you are on the right track!

Apologies for the stupid question Grizz, but what is SSKI and how is it different than lugols? I'd like to start taking it.
