OH ONE MORE THING!....also,I bought some really good probiotics from the health fd. store (that I've been going to for about 15 yrs...the man in there is really on the game and very knowledgeable) .... it is called HARMONY PROBIOTIC, AND another product by same comp. called HARMONY H20 Portable Hydration ..now, it says to mix two droperfulls with juice or whatever, but the man in the store said, TO BEGIN WITH, IN ORDER TO REALLY KICK THIS BACTERIAS BUTT, take 2 drops directly on ur tongue for the first few days, then, start to mix it with water or juice.....ok, so, I just wanted to add that ...
