I did use some R-ALA for a while. But it wasn't helping. Again, I couldn't be absolutely sure if it was effective and other supplements masked its effectiveness.

I also thought heavy metals at one point so I used cilantro and chlorella. About 15 seconds after I took the chlorella I started feeling and actually even seeing hair on my arms moving! I took this as a good omen but my symptoms weren't any better after taking for about 2 months.

At the moment, I take no supplement of any kind. Only generic Zyrtec. I wonder if IMAM would be enough to fix whatever is causing this or if it won't be of much use.
