About a year to two years back, I made a topic on this same forum about having issues with wifi sensitivity. I've recently narrowed it down to it being a problem of histamine reaction. I never thought I had histamine issues because I always expected it would be just sinus/respiratory allergies. But what I have is an un-scratchable itch - feels like my body hair is being moved by something invisible.

But I verified it to be histamine when all the crawling itching sensations left when I took a generic Zyrtec tablet. However, even though the itch is way less than before, a new version of the generic tablet isn't as effective as the one before and I have about 30% residual itch. Besides, I'd rather not keep taking the tablets forever and would like alternatives.

As it stands, whenever it gets close to bedtime I start feeling little itchiness that gradually picks up to eventually become unbearable. But that's when I take the tablet and it becomes manageable. However, around the same time my heart starts pounding and I can't sleep no matter what. I already ordered Potassium Chloride but I'm scared of taking it due to the fact that I get sick whenever I eat Potassium rich foods.

Are there natural anti-histamine foods? Or supplements? I minimize proteins as much as I can but it's still not enough.

Things that make itchy crawling sensation worse
- protein rich foods
- vitamin B6 B12 (maybe other B vitamins)
- Magnesium
- sun exposure

I've taken vitamin C before and it has helped somewhat. However, I only used it sparingly and at the same time I was taking 200-400 mg Magnesium per day so maybe that's why I hadn't got much relief. So would you advise me to try vit C?

Also, please reassure me to the safety of using IMAM for adrenal fatigue due to taking any Potassium rich food causing me tiredness and heart palpitations.

Thanks for your help.
