My colon is bloated which I'm sure is mucoid plaque which I need to loosen up, psyllium has taken me as far as it can. I also have a few rashes, I feel fatigued, my sinuses also worry me everyday which i believe is some sort of allergic reaction or inflammation going on inside my gut.

I did a vegetable juice fast 80% vegetables 20% fruit. I took an electrolite mixture (salt and sugar) during the two days and I still couldn't manage it.
