I would've filtered it with a coffee filter and used it. Once at work a co worker had a sore throat. All I had was the scum at the bottom of a jar of silver. She chugged it down and it cured the problem.

You might consider getting a uS conductivity measuring device so you know exactly how strong the silver is. Or if the machine is working.
