Yeah, it is helping. The bad die off started yesterday (day 3) and seems to be much better this afternoon. Once I figured out the Sugar issue, my breathing is normal, I'm not shaky anymore, and I feel fine. My intestines do feel raw though. I think I knocked half of the population out i one swoop.
