"So, nothing is better than animal fat/protein for human nutrition, period." YOU'RE CRAZY! Apart from damamging the environment animal proteins cause far more problems than they solve. Any nutrient found in meat can be found in other healthier non-meat forms and quite frankly with world consumption of meat (and various related cancers and illnesses) sky-rocketing the last thing the worl needs is someone like you to sing its so-called praises.
