It feels good to do the flush, but you might not want to do too many at once, since they can be tiring for the body. Most of the time I did them every 4 weeks and sometimes every 3 weeks, but I always had an easier flush when I spaced them out. At a minimum, I would wait 2 weeks between flushes.
