I'm taking Papaya enzyme, drinking thyme tea, and just had a very loose movement, with tons of dead slimy ones. But I have a bucket more where that came from.

Right below the belly button, that is where they are sitting, mostly dead now I think. I don't think an enema will reach up that far. I'm guessing I'm best just pouring liquids down my throat to try to push everything down and out.
