With my commute, I work a 13 - 14 hour day and have four dogs I take care of. Everyone is busy but we all make time for the things that are most important to us.

For the SWF, I set the alarm for an hour and a half earlier than I usually get up , drink it, and then lie back in bed until the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) hits.
