HI all. Long time reader first time poster! Ive been on the diet for approx 4.5 months. Doing reasonably well. Weird symptoms coming and going during this period. Mental symptoms completely cleared but numerous body things ongoing. Ive been drinkung heaps of kefir and kombucha (home made) and I was doing quite a few antifungals but have slowed and upped the probiotics - focussing on the good. My current issue started approx 2 weeks ago. Constant urine passing and large amounts. I have a lot of urgency but there is always a lot to get out also. At least once an hour or more. Anyway a few days ago I started getting some aches/irritation in the bladder area and noticed my lymph nodes are raised on both sides. One on the right in particular is a little tender. This freaked me out so I went to get blood tests done. Havnt got them back yet. The doc did a swab and didnt find any bacteria in my urine so unlikely a UTI of sorts. Also I have had extreme fatigue last day or so which I havnt had as a die off symptom in the past. Could this be a new round of die off? Could the urine frequency be toxins releasing? Could the lymph nodes (which slightly ache) be related to toxins? I also have a couple itchy candida type inflamed sores around my but/groin whuch I know could be causing the lymphs but the doc was surprised with so many lymphs... very itchy but atm. any info would help immensely! Thanks!!!
