1st part of message got cut off.............I feel for you, i havent had issue with Sugar mine was bread but and always did paleo and Ketosis/Atkins but never gluten free. My symptoms never cleared on ketosis i guess i was still eating gluten and my immune system was soo weak trying to fight the gluten. Keep up the fight
