I had a small patch pop up on my left elbow... itched like crazy!
I used the Lugols & coconut oil topically and it webt away, but it will come back if I don't stick to my guns and knock it off with the sugar. I was cheating and indulging in lattes again. 1 a week was fine, none at all is even better... but I had 2 in a day twice that week. Without added sugar, they have 14.5 tsp of Sugar in them... so I have that info written on post-its on my fridge and my car.
