Hey Gina, thanks!! I'll try the 1 gram + C + Mag route.

Another alternative is Epsom Salts . Lots of sulfur in the active form (MSM has to be converted). However I think Epsom Salts are harsh on the stomach and kidneys. Dunno. I only take them when doing liver flushes.
