I got sleep paralysis a lot when i was younger or in the past when i would take melatonin. I stopped it in like 2011. I had an episode not too long ago where i had a dream that i took Iodine and my thyroid swelled up and was choking me and i couldn't move to make myself wake up.. I think that was because i had such anxiety about taking Iodine and had read about your experience prior to that.
I had just gotten over the worst nightmare illness of my life and felt better and healthier than i did in a long time and wanted to take it to the next level, but knew i had a ways to go yet.
Any other time my dreams are about my teeth falling out.
I still can't figure that one out.
I'd rather be floating.
