My problem is food. No matter what I eat I have a reaction to it. For instance if I take the smallest bite or eat anything airways it feels like different parts of my insides are swelling up. It is not too intense but I do have more trouble thinking, speaking , and I experience more anxiety. It does not matter what I eat or the quantity. Does anyone else have similar problems? I am also sensitive to smells , smoke and perfumes, and also react to taking a shower. Most of this is not in my head.
