Actually manic Depression is triggered by stress. However I had some very similiar symptoms when my thyroid was slow and I was under extreme stress. So my adrenals kicked in big time to make up for it. I barely slept for 9 mths, never yawned or felt tired. I had a lot of enery and I felt like I was always on. I had the shakes under stress.Sounds like that. Are you going through any mental stress? Have you been exposed to chemicals or mold? I would cut down on training for awhile. Have someone check your thyroid and see if your hypoglycemic. Also you need to do things to calm your mind down for a long while.
