I don't know how you can get a tablespoon of DE down dry. That would choke me up . I don't think I could take it unless I put it in a smoothie. And the constipation wold be horrendous taking that much in a smoothie, unless you are washing out with enemas. At least for me. But I only weigh 108 pounds.
