Hi, I do recommend you to to have a bath contain 500 gram of Epsom Salts . Stay in the bath for 30 min , do it every other day ( perfect opt. Every day) . You will see your body condition after 10 days. You will be surprised.
After 2-weeks do it 2- times a week but each time 45 min, you can keep this as long as you wish. OBS : just do not bath before bed time because your body get more energy and active so you will not sleep for few hours. This way also will detox your body , drink at least 6 to 8 glass of mineral water. Good luck boddy.
