I know that doesn't seem impressive to all those out there who had no problem on the first day. But to me, WAY BIG DEAL! I'm so happy! What really helped me was logging on for support and getting on the scale. I had lost a pound already (yes, I know it was water but I takes what I can get!) and that was incentive. Anyway, feeling much stronger today mentally and other than feeling like I gargled with cat litter I feel great physically!
