Hi there,

How does this related to health? I just read this chapter, and as someone who has struggled with Candida for years, I often feel helpless. However, it's almost sounds as if she's saying come to terms with and accept being sick. Not to hope for a healthier me. Won't I need hope that I'll get better in order to take action to?
