Have you considered doing a hair mineral analysis to see what is going on long-term in your body? Copper toxicity can cause a "pseudo" bi-polar. I experienced that prior to beginning Nutritional Balancing. I would spend two or more days in bed with a migraine, come out of it, and then feel like going out and "conquering the world." I knew it was strange, but I was so glad to feel well that I kind of welcomed the energy and feeling of euphoria.

Check out the NB forum to learn more. You may not have copper toxicity, but hair analysis is very accurate if done by the right lab.
